US Created World's First Artificial Kidney

A US-based Indian researcher Shuvo Roy has created the world’s first artificial kidney which has been successfully tested in animals. The kidney transplant which is able to filter toxins out of the bloodstream, regulate blood pressure and produce vitamin D, however has not been tested on humans as yet.
